Kinetic Connections, LLC is a veteran and woman-owned small business. Our team has decades of experience developing and implementing strategic plans, providing marketing solutions, overseeing information technology (IT) services, and providing policy guidance.
Our expertise spans marketing and assisting small businesses all the way through guiding large businesses and government agencies with their IT solutions, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans. We understand marketing, risk management, systems development life cycle, DevSecOps, and disaster recovery.
Volunteering and giving back to our community is important to our team members. We actively support numerous non-profit organizations.

Before founding Kinetic connections, Kellie held many positions with the U.S. Public Health Service providing critical oversight to many IT and business systems for the Federal Government. Many systems were required to meet Congressional mandates and are still accessed world-wide by medical professionals and private citizens. She has served in leadership positions on disaster medical assistance teams, and possess FEMA's Incident Command System-Emergency Support Function 8 (public health and medical service) expertise utilized during disaster response.
